What a little gem - perfect location in Bath
We loved our stay at Roseate Villa - we were made very welcome, our room was lovely - although our bathroom was particularly tiny! The breakfast was beautiful and fresh. Nice touches were hand made biscuits in the room, glass of Prosecco on arrival and a shot of homemade smoothie for breakfast.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.
Luxury 2 night break just prior to Christmas
The hotel was very picturesque both inside and out. The breakfast menu and service was excellent. The bedroom was well appointed and very clean, the shower room was especially luxurious. The staffs manner and attention to detail made the stay extra special and we felt valued and looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel
Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel and staff
Rosete stay
A very warm welcome when we arrived. Room was spacious, we took our dog and she was treated well. Very central to the city centre didn't have to use the car again.
Our stay in Bath.
A very welcoming hotel in a prime location.

Discovering Bath
Hotel was 1st class from our room into restaurant. Staff very helpful, room was excellent and we
will certainly stay again. Only downside . it hardly stopped raining and we could not blame the
hotel for that.
Great hotel in great location
We stayed at the Roseate Villa hotel for our wedding anniversary and were really pleased with our choice of hotel. It's in a really good location just a couple of minutes' walk from Pulteney Bridge and it was very easy walking distance to the two restaurants we'd booked for our evening meals. The breakfasts in the hotel were superb, with freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade smoothies as well as the fruit salad from the continental breakfast and cooked options too. The full vegetarian breakfast was delicious, as was the full English, along with its excellent black pudding (according to husband, who judges a hotel breakfast on such things). Eggs royale and eggs benedict were very good too.
The room was quiet and comfortable and the homemade shortbread biscuits with the tea/coffee facilities were delicious. Penhaligon's toiletries in the bathroom too.
We were both impressed at the level of service and attention to detail by the staff. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, courteous and helpful and we were astonished to find one of the cleaning staff on her hands and knees in the hall, vacuuming every inch of the carpet in minute detail.
The only minor criticism was that the 20 per day parking charge to use the hotel car park wasn't obvious on the booking information, but over all we felt that the hotel was very good value.
