We have booked to return

Henry R, Surrey, stayed: November 2023

On arrival I had a little difficulty parking because some other guests had not kept to the marked spaces. The hotel manager in person solved the problem for me. That set the tone of helpful, friendly customer service that persisted throughout our short stay. Everyone was extremely helpful.
The location of the hotel opposite a large park and well within a short walk of the centre of Bath, adds to the value provided by the hotel, itself.

Great hotel in Bath very close to centre

RZ, Lanarkshire, stayed: October 2024

This was a lovely hotel. I m glad I chose it as the staff were very friendly and helpful and we were upgraded to a very nice room because it had just been our 50th wedding anniversary. Breakfast was really good. We didn t eat at the hotel in the evening as we had planned to go out both nights. It was a very short walk to town. The hotel has a car park which they charge for. This is not a problem because it means you can stay in the heart of Bath. I didn t agree though that they charge a service charge on the car park fee as there is no service there.

Bath at it's Best! ...and the best staff!

S&J - Canada, stayed: October 2024

We selected the Villa, primarily for its location within Bath, as it allowed safe walking to the Roman Baths, the Abbey, and the pedestrian shopping area.

The hotel itself is amazing! Beautifully maintained and decorated, this period villa maintains its charm, yet the rooms are clean, and spacious, ....and boast fabulous bathrooms!

Two staff members were outstanding - Ilias and Christina were patient, friendly, and enabled us to enjoy the best of Bath.

I would caution visitors to be aware that there are lots of stairs, and the parking is very very tight!
