Room small food good
We felt our room was small just ok for 2 nights.wasted a lot of cold water waiting for the hot water to come.Dinner on the first night was excellent with good repartee with with the other guests.
Lack of parking was a problem,my walking not so good.
Staff were very helpful.
Restaurant and breakfast
Limited options for vegetarians. Only one choice available on main menu as one of the options not available even though listed the dates we stayed. Not a great choice at breakfast and continental very poor. No pastries available, was informed they were still in the oven but never appeared.,Not good value
Not worth the money I paid
While the hotel is very cosy and welcoming the room (or the one I was given) was incredibly basic, bordering on shabby. It is absolutely not worth the money I paid, genuinely I have had nicer Travelodge rooms. The restaurant was good, meat was lovely quality although the pizzas are frozen and heated up. This is not a luxury hotel by any stretch of the imagination, it is a basic country village hotel and should be half the price at least. Very disappointed.
Not a 'luxury hotel', stayed in better Premier Inns!!!
Situated in middle of town centre. Reception area frequently unmanned. Dining is in pub across alley. Dinner service was not the best, waited ages to be offered a menu. Food was good but a very long wait. Our room was okay but very badly let down by ill-fitting bedding. The quilt did not even cover the bed and the sheet, again, did not cover the bed meaning it did not come to edge of bed leaving mattress totally exposed on edge and side of bed, really bad.
Great short stay hotel
A very welcoming coach house hotel, the room was clean and tidy with plenty of space.
Long stay parking just down the hill is only 7 min away. A nice central location for visiting the local area shame we only booked a couple of nights. We shall be back .
Warm welcome
We arrived at the hotel and greeted by a young mam called Will. He was happy and helpful, our room were very clean.
We ate in the evening with our friends that were saying in another room. The food and service was very good as was the breakfast in the morning. Even the man from Dudley ( whom we forgot to ask his name) was nice and super friendly. Definitely recommend anyone staying their.
Good location, excellent restaurant
Enjoyable visit. Particularly impressed by the standard of customer service in the restaurant - such a polite and articulate staff, a wonderful change from the frequent experience in most places of untrained kids who keep saying "no worries" or "Whaddya want?" And the food was excellent.
Lovely hotel for a weekend break
Great hotel in the centre of a charming town of Tetbury, very helpful staff, nice room, and good food
