3 night stay

Great location with lovely views, able to walk into Tewksbury in 15 minutes.
The restaurant service was not great but I believe there was a lot of new staff getting to know the ropes. Reception service on arrival very welcoming and experienced on departure again I think new staff not much customer service.

Overall an enjoyable short stay

The room was lovely, very clean and had a great view. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay.

Bath bit slippy whilst taking shower
Not impressed by spa services considering booked as a spa break, only 2 therapists and 2 rooms, booked up quickly so only one of us was able to have a treatment and polish applied during manicure barely lasted 24 hrs! Not even checked out and cleaning staff were trying to get into room to flip it for next guests

Lovely Break

Had a really relaxing break ,the weather was glorious and the amenities at the hotel were a great addition, loved having the pool and sitting on the terrace with it smashing views , the staff were very helpfull and polite. Our only little gripe was the menu was a little limited

Anniversary break

Very enjoyable two night stay. Very relaxed and well run hotel. Amenities very good. Definitely a "grown ups hotel". Lots to do on site, gym, swimming pool, golf, spa, walking or just chill in the garden or lounge. Very welcoming staff, excellent value for money. I would stay here again.

A lovely stay

We stayed 3 nights in the Duke of Somerset suite. The weather was very very hot and we were grateful for the efficient, easy to us, aircon. Our room and bathroom were spacious with beautiful views of the hills. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we had a lovely stay. Only small quibble, a little more choice on the dinner menu would have been good.
