Wonderful surroundings.

Had a 3 night stay here with my mum & we couldn't fault it. Our suite on the 1st floor had a wonderful view over the golf course, the beds were wonderfully comfortable & the large walk in shower was very powerful. The food at breakfast & dinner was great as was the food in the lounge bar. All the staff were very helpful & chatty & nothing was too much trouble. If there was one tiny improvement I could suggest, it would be more umbrellas over the seating outside. 2 out of the 3 days we were there were very hot and sunny, but we were not really able to sit outside and enjoy it as much as we would have liked as there were only 2 umbrellas. I would certainly recommend to anybody that fancies a relaxing time away (and you don't even need to like golf)!

We enjoyed the stay very much the staff were very helpful and approachable. The rooms are excellent and even though the restaurant was short staffed and waited for our meal it was well worth the experience.

Excellent hotel and beautiful grounds

We stayed for 2 nights and wished we d booked for longer! The room and view were fantastic, the hotel itself is lovely and all the staff so helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was one the best meals we d had and breakfast was also superb! Only negative of our stay was that it was very hot and no aircon otherwise couldn t fault it, will definitely stay again. Grounds also beautiful, great for walks and only 15 minute walk to town with great views of it too.

We had an upgrade and would definitely ask for that room again ,it was beautiful and we had a lovely outdoor private seating area,loved seeing the squirrel every morning. Not much choice on main evening menu but was fine what we did eat.We actually enjoyed the lunch menu better, staff were helpful and the bar area was beautiful.Many thanks for our stay and will definitely be back soon.
