What a beautiful place. The hotel has so much history and beauty both inside and in the grounds.. Our stay was relaxing, the staff were so helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Stunning Stay 5 star so why only 4

RW, Gloucestershire, stayed: February 2024

Location, welcome ,food, price and staff all superb and worthy of a 5 star review. So why only 4. Well it's my choice how I pay you ,tip you . Wether I use it or not the option to pay by card or cash should be available. We would return in a heartbeat with that one small change.

Location is idyllic and romantic

Justine C, Surrey, stayed: February 2024

We stayed at Stanton Manor for two nights and had a lovely stay. Very beautiful setting close proximity to some lovely location. We would love to stay there again. And are recommending to friends and family. We have a restful visit, just what we were after.

DW, Essex, stayed: January 2024

The first night was amazing until the 2nd night no hot water or heating not good in January. The receptionist was kind to let us shower in another room but the night was cold. This should not happen in winter sadly. Hence I could not score the manor as excellent. Will come back if the heating is fix

Weekend break

Simon, Hertfordshire, stayed: November 2023

Booked a 2 night break including one dinner and two breakfasts. Good value for money. Lovely old building with beautiful grounds. Lots of character. We had a superior garden room which was enormous and comfortable. However, the electric heating kept cutting out when we needed it most, evening and mornings. The staff were very helpful but seemed to be doing at least 3 jobs at the same time. Sometimes had a long wait to be served. Food in the evening was OK but would have been very overpriced had it not been included. Various additional costs on the menu. Breakfasts were huge and delicious. Overall this was a nice hotel but could have been amazing with some attention to detail.

Very pleasant stay

Alan, MIDDX, stayed: October 2023

Only booked for 1 night in October, but was a very pleasant and atmospheric be great for a "murder mystery" or "ghost" evening!

Food was absolutely excellent. Would happily return and would be absolutely beautiful in the Summer.
