2 of the bedrooms have wheel in showers. The Lounge and Reception are situated in a flat open plan area.There is 1 200mm step into Lounge Bar and from there a 1 200mm step toward restaurants. The Dining Room has 2 small steps access with a temporary ramp available on request.
Child Policy
The hotel has a number of family rooms, please enquire at the time of booking. Children under 14 years of age are charged at £30 per child per night on a Bed & breakfast basis.
The hotel cannot provide cots but guests are welcome to bring their own. Please check with the reservations team prior to booking that the room can accommodate.

Pettifers loves dogs! Most of the bedrooms are pet-friendly, as is the bar so there's no need to leave your four-legged friend behind. Dogs go free on our offers too. Please note that some dog friendly rooms are accessible via stairs.
