Stunning location and amazing staff!

Jason, Surrey, stayed: May 2019

We went to Mallory for our 16th wedding anniversary and it was amazing! We go to a spa every year and this was the best we have been to so far. Our room was upgraded to one of the garden suites which felt like a luxurious apartment.

The staff were amazing, so helpful and professional. They made us feel special, nothing was a problem.

The food was very impressive and the spa was perfect. We had a Rahul mud treatment.

Our trip was so worth the money and we go again.

special offer weekend break in luxury midland converted manor house

Dr P, Eastbourne, stayed: June 2019

Beautiful old manor house set in impressive gardens. Staff the most friendly and helpful of any hotel in which we have stayed. Particularly great service from Sai in "The Brasserie", and the gentleman who carried our luggage and was generally so hospitable.
Room a bit "poky" but this may be because this was an old converted manor house. Despite temperature outside of 34 centigrade and no air conditioning, the room was always pleasantly warm with windows open. We ate in the "brasserie" well run by Sai and staff. Limited menu but tasty and well presented. A joy to sit on the terrace after dinner and discuss cricket!

We very much hope we will visit again.

Beautiful Hotel, great location

Brian H, Kent, stayed: July 2019

Just stayed one night including DB&B as it was near some National Trust properties and Warwick Castle. Our room was fabulous. I booked my wife some treatments in the Spa and the staff were very accommodating and she was able to change her treatments. We had a snack in the Spa restaurant and although the food was tasty the service was a bit haphazard and not everything on the menu was available. The grounds are amazing with beautiful gardens. The evening meal did not disappoint and was cooked to perfection. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional and made you feel special. They are a credit to the hotel. Overall we loved the place.

Yorkshire lift off

Colin, East Yorkshire, stayed: July 2019

First and foremost all the staff were knowledgeable and Helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our bedroom was chosen as a surprise for my wife and she was overwhelmed by the comfort and size. We ate in both restaurants and the food was varied and excellent..

One night stay

TH, Leicestershire, stayed: August 2019

Brasserie choice was poor - the sirloin steak was grisly & the fish was greasy - this is the second time we stayed & the evening meals on both times were poor but breakfast was excellent - everything else about our stay was first class

Huge potential but let down by spa and brasserie

Claire, Derbyshire, stayed: August 2019

We stayed overnight at Mallory Court, the welcome was outstanding and we were shown to our room, the grounds on the way were lovely, very English Country House. Room was beautiful with lots of extra touches, supremely comfortable bed.
The downside, the spa was loud, full of day guests and what appeared to be a hen do, or birthday. Hotel guests are very much secondary to day guests.
The brasserie food was outstanding, but the brasserie itself is not at all indulgent, tables are very close together, there is no atmosphere and there is no background music so conversation from any table could be overheard. Such a shame as we loved the room and the hotel, but it's an odd mixture of old country charm and luxury, mixed with noisy spa and a spa cafe that serves wine and beer in plastic glasses, even if your not drinking outside. Breakfast is taken in the spa cafe, and neither of us got what we ordered. I ordered waffles with pancetta and maple syrup, but got waffles with golden syrup and mixed berries, as they had run really acceptable. Lovely hotel, huge potential but wouldn't stay again.

Birthday celebration in style

Mrs Stokes, stayed: August 2019

We chose this hotel to surprise our friend for her 40th and wanted a hotel and spa that was luxurious and special. It certainly was that. The hotel staff made us feel very welcome and acknowledged our friends birthday with Happy birthday platters at afternoon tea and dinner. Three of us stayed in the master suite which was perfect, with beautiful views overlooking one of the many gardens. We enjoyed the spa very much and the afternoon tea was just right. We had a lovely dinner at the brasserie as part of our package. The breakfast was in the elegant dining room and beautifully served. The grounds of the hotel are stunning. We all agreed that we would happily come back.
