Great hotel for a spa weekend

Anon, stayed: September 2019

This hotel lives up to all the good reviews. Right from the very personal and attentive greeting it was obvious that the staff were there to look after us and provide quality service. Dinner in the main dining room was a taste experience with a high fine dining standard. Meals in the Brasserie were equally tasty but more like high quality pub food.
Our room (Kiftsgate) was generous and well furnished in a modern design; we overlooked the garden where much of the veg and fruit were grown for the restaurant.

Best traditional standards of comfort and service.

Anon, stayed: March 2018

Superb room with delightful view, very friendly and helpful reception staff and high quality restaurant.
The only downside is that if you choose the Brasserie rather than the restaurant you face a short walk outside which is not much fun in inclement weather!
I also worry about the encroachment of housing developments from nearby Warwick.

Had a very enjoyable stay with friendly staff and excellent service. My stay included a meal in the brassiere which was good food and again served by smiley competent staff but unfortunately for us we had previously walked through the main restaurant and the approach to the brassiere was completely different as we walked through a conference suite and corridors not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. On reflection we walked through an entrance that was open and said brassiere but was not the main entrance to that restaurant

Romantic 50th Birthday

DF, West Midlands, stayed: January 2020

Fabulous from the moment we arrived, stunning room, champagne whilst relaxing in Vitality pool then a gourmet meal in beautiful peaceful surroundings.
One of the best SPA hotels we have been again.
This will definitely be on our list to visit again in the very near future.

Overnight Stay

AW, Essex, stayed: January 2018

We stayed in a Masters Room, at the back overlooking the gardens. It was well laid out with a table and 2 chairs facing the large window. We upgraded to the 3*** Dining Room and had the wonderful tasting menu with matching wines. The service was excellent, the staff friendly and attentive without being stuffy and the food was interesting, excellently prepared and delicious. There was a real log fire burning in the bar area.
