Beautiful hotel random restaurant billing

Anon, stayed: October 2019

Wonderful spa break with old school colleague luxurious and relaxing- only random thing was we were in dinner bed and breakfast and one evening we signed for dinner bill and another we paid cash for any extras over the 30 pp allowance because they said we can t pay cash . ?? Each daily dinner bill added at least 8 service per night and one night we were first in and there was no fresh veg for side to go with the beef cheek so they charged 4.50 for a few crushed peas in a ramekin. Soon took them off the bill though after I queried it. Haha the bill was Approx 82 they took of the 4.50 and bill came back at 91. Yep you guessed it they d forgotten to whack on service. Very random billing. Food was excellent throughout and wonderful staff. Just a few random things.

Lovely hotel

CS, Worcestershire, stayed: March 2019

Rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean.Nice touches in the room with dried fruit in little pots and water with lime cordial. Food in the brasserie was delicious. Only criticisms were the breakfast in the spa cafe and breakfast ordered with room service didn't have much of a choice and was served without condiments. Also we expected the spa to have more facilities .It just had a sauna, steam room and pool which is standard. The only extra was an outside jacuzzi and sauna.  We would have felt ripped off if we had had to pay the 25 entrance fee. Other than that would recommend the hotel,on the whole it was lovely.

Beautiful Hotel, great location

Brian H, Kent, stayed: July 2019

Just stayed one night including DB&B as it was near some National Trust properties and Warwick Castle. Our room was fabulous. I booked my wife some treatments in the Spa and the staff were very accommodating and she was able to change her treatments. We had a snack in the Spa restaurant and although the food was tasty the service was a bit haphazard and not everything on the menu was available. The grounds are amazing with beautiful gardens. The evening meal did not disappoint and was cooked to perfection. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional and made you feel special. They are a credit to the hotel. Overall we loved the place.

Two night break

Anon, stayed: February 2020

We stayed at Mallory Court Hotel & Spa for a two night leisure break. The hotel rooms are individual, lovely and very clean and the facilities are good. The staff were exceptional with attention to customer service and satisfaction. The hotel restaurant is only open on a few evenings each week and we were pleased to be able to experience the tasting menu on one of our evenings. The food was excellent. Breakfast was extensive and very enjoyable. We didn't use the spa but we looked around and it looks a very nice area. If we had more time we would have used the facility. Overall we enjoyed a lovely time and would be happy for a return visit.

A lovely short break and dog came too!

Rachel W, Staffordshire, stayed: February 2020

Often dog-friendly rooms are nothing special but our room was beautiful with patio doors onto the garden. Our bathroom was luxurious too. Our dinner (5 course tasting menu) was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great too with an excellent choice. We enjoyed the gardens. The hotel is on a busy road so exploring the area with the dog was less pleasurable. All in all a pleasant short break!

Anniversary Break

Keith, West Midlands, stayed: August 2020

Stayed here for one night to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming, approachable and friendly. We were treated to complimentary anniversary drinks and an icing decorated plate with our after dinner chocolates. The evening food was excellent. The breakfast menu was good but it was not made clear that continental options were available to order alongside cooked items. We asked and got everything we required. The bedroom and shared areas were all clean and well maintained. Just two little niggles: we had a long wait for drinks on the terrace when we arrived and it was almost impossible to attract attention when our toast did not arrive at breakfast.
