A lovely and relaxing stay
Extremely warm welcome, excellent staff throughout, use of hotel facilities explained well. Food in brasserie very good. Very good breakfast. Room and bathroom very well equipped, nice toiletries and very comfortable.
Spa relaxing, treatments excellent and very professional.
The banning of voice calls on mobile phones in spa needs to be made more obvious and addressed where necessary.
luxurious hotel stay
Very friendly staff provided an ideal short break with excellent food and facilities.
We particularly enjoyed the drinks in the garden area under the parasol.

It was a fab hotel. The room was huge and well equipped. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The tasting menus were a luxurious treat. We did feel that the wine prices were very high.
The grounds were delightful to sit around in. A very indulgent stay

Lovely hotel, great staff
Very nice hotel. Staff were excellent and helpful especially in restaurant. Very accommodating in giving you alternative options if you didn t like something on the taster menu.
Would recommend highly.

A Spa in Leamington
Had the most wonderful few days our dog was welcomed too so a top spot for us
Delayed 60th birthday due to COVID
Booked this in dec 2019 for June 2020 for a girly 60th birthday treat for a friend. This got postponed twice due to COVID and we eventually got there in September 2021. What a fantastic place. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff in all parts of the hotel. The experience in the dining room was second to none, staff attentive and food great. Had the tasting menu first night which was an experience and went off the a la carte the following night. This was good but not much choice and drinks are ver expensive but as it was a special event didn t matter. Would definitely recommend. First class
Excellent stay looking to book again
Been to this hotel a number of times - always excellent, looking to book my next stay.
Even during these difficult times everything as prior to covid, staff helpful and food excellent.
