Amazing
Fabulous in every way
disappointing not encouraged to use maim hotel breakfast served in spa poor evening meal away from h
disappointing as breakfast served in spa not enough choice very bitty also evening meal served in conservatory not very smart. In fact we only went into main hotel to pay our bill it looked lovely but we were really not allowed to eat in there so advert quite misleading as we thought we were staying in Mallery Court Hotel.
A great stay
The food was very good quality, with ample portions - we ate 3 nights in the Brasserie. The staff were great, we popped in during the afternoon on day 1 and were shown the tables and the one we liked was reserved for us.
The room in Orchard House were classy, comfortable with everything we needed including a fridge with complimentary soft drinks and real milk. There were also complimentary nibbles (nuts and dried fruits) and fresh fruit.
The SPA, treatments and pools were all good quality and we even sat outside on the recliners in mid October - it was 25 deg!
On the downside the aircon in the bedroom was broken for the first two days so the rooms were rather hot, day 3 it was fine as it had been fixed. There were a few little niggles e.g. a defective light bulb in the bedroom which started flashing after a few minutes but nothing however worth getting upset about. The bulb was fixed was fixed immediately reception were advised of the problem.
Fabulous weekend away
We stayed in the main part of the house which was lovely and beautifully decorated. Our room was very nicely situated and very comfy. All the added extras - the dried fruit, coffee, drinks etc were nice touches. Our meal in the restaurant was fantastic and the ambience was fitting to the beautiful meal served. The staff were all friendly and attentive. We didn't try the Spa as it was rather busy as was the seating area in the main house at afternoon tea time but that didn't spoil what was a nice relaxing stay and we didn't mind enjoying our tea in our cosy room.

Lovely hotel. Every one made us feel welcome. Couldn't really fault the place but the drinks were a little expensive. We will be returning though.
Great Hotel
We were looking for a quiet and romantic night away with spa facilities. This was an excellent place to do so. The room was dated but very large and well equipped. The spa is brand new and has a luxurious feel to it. The main hotel is within this stunning old building and the gardens around the hotel are well looked after and worth a walk around. We had a lovely dinner in the main restaurant where the service and food were to a very high quality and standard. Breakfast the next day was also very good but the service was not as good as the night before. The staff seemed a bit rushed off their feet and therefore the service suffered from it.
All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
Excellent trip
Everything was great. A friendly welcome, lovely room and facilities exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend.
WONDERFUL RELAXING BREAK
We spent two nights Dinner bed & breakfast at this lovely Hotel with Spa. All the staff were so lovely and friendly, professional and helpful. We had a wonderful room, beautifully clean and really comfortable over in the Spa building. On both nights we had great food in the Brasserie run by Ashley and his lovely staff. Although not the cheapest place to stay we definitely felt that we got value for money. A gorgeous, unpretentious, welcoming and relaxing space. We really loved this hotel and although the Spa is small, we feel it has been the best Spa break we have had, given all our comments. Everything is beautifully presented and the staff help make it a delightful experience. THANK YOU to the staff that work behind the scenes and to those on front of house. You gave us a great stay.
