Really wonderful hotel.
Very pleased with the whole experience. I chose a room in the original house, from previous reviews I was a little concerned about it being dated.
Our room was maybe a little old fashioned and some areas needed some tlc, paint touching up etc but it was clean, comfortable and very spacious.
The staff all so friendly and welcoming.
The taste of the season was such a wonderful selection of courses.
The pool and outdoor spa were great and we were lucky enough to have the place almost to ourselves.
3 night break in autumn
An ideal location to be pampered, very well fed and made to feel welcome
A great break

The negatives where the drinks where very expensive, and you could only use the Spa for free if you booked a treatment, otherwise it was 15.00 per hour.
The positives where the food and service which was of a higher standard then Michelin star restaurants which we had recently visited. The Spa was also very impressive.
Wonderful Birthday Break
A wonderful birthday break.. totally relaxing in beautiful surroundings. Taster menus amazing with excellent sommelier. Very helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.

Relaxing break in the Country
I was bought a voucher as a 60th birthday present and chose Mallory Court as it s not too far from home. It was a lovely break in a beautiful hotel and grounds with very attentive staff and nice little touches that made for an excellent weekday getaway. The spa was small but very clean with everything that you would expect and it was an added bonus that it was quiet and I could totally relax. The finishing touch was a lovely facial by Sabrina. A great birthday treat.
A fabulous 2-night Gourmet experience
We booked a last minute deal to Mallory Court through Country Hotel Breaks, a 2 night Gourmet Experience. And it was superb.
The hotel was immaculate, our room was spacious and air conditioned - with lovely little touches on arrival (glass of fizz, handwritten card and some biscuits in the room).
The staff couldnot have been more helpful, knowledgable or attentive. Nothing was a problem, and the service was top quality.
Our Chef's taster menus each night were delivcious, packed with locally grown produce or picked straight from the hotel's garden, and the wine list was interesting.
The only slight downside was that the spa was not included in the price, so even to go for a swim was pretty expensive @ 15 per hour - seemed odd that it wasnt included.
But all in all a lovely, relaxing, luxurious mini break. We cant wait to go back.
