Enjoyable stay

We had a lovely stay at Bowden Hall.We were welcomed by a nice young man,who was very helpful.We had a pleasant room overlooking the garden,everything was very comfortable.
It is a good location for visiting the area.
Breakfast was good,although there was a problem with the toaster that only worked on one side.It was replaced by different toasters the next day.Evening meals were tasty and well presented.

A fantastic hotel, we had a 2 night stay & the the customer service was 5 Star, from the welcome to the departure. The Hotel & rooms are well appointed & comfortable.The menu for breakfast, lunch & dinner was very well put together covering all tastes & requirements and the food was exceptional. A charming establishment & will definitely return at some point in the future. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit this or nearby locations.

Our short break

Unfortunately the stay was marred by the disruption caused by the hotel alterations .The signage was very unhelpful and though the reception manager tried to be helpful her insistence that the route was simple proved to be a bit annoying. Anyway, our review is mostly a good one and we would definitely consider staying there again.

We wil visit again as central to cotswolds and such a relax ambience .hotel was clean and well maintained , we had a view of the gardens and pods from our room, staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help you . Restaurant staff so friendly and helpful , food was lovely , we would definately re visit .

Comfortable hotel with easy access to Gloucester

A very comfortable hotel with lovely staff. I enjoyed an evening meal there and two lovely breakfasts. Dinner was reasonably priced.
I did think about booking the pods fir asoecial dinner but with lots of wedding guests about, it wasn't so private.
It is a wedding venue so was a bit busier than I would have liked so would probably miss booking it for a weekend and go mid week.
