Our short break

Unfortunately the stay was marred by the disruption caused by the hotel alterations .The signage was very unhelpful and though the reception manager tried to be helpful her insistence that the route was simple proved to be a bit annoying. Anyway, our review is mostly a good one and we would definitely consider staying there again.

One night stay

We received a warm welcome on arrival and we were very happy with our room.
The restaurant had a nice atmosphere when we we went down for supper and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our food was generally good but I was a bit disappointed with the curry I chose.
Breakfast was very good

Short break

Lovely couple of days away, although there was a wedding on the first night, there was no disturbance to us at all. Lovely friendly staff. Relaxing break.

Enjoyable stay

We had a lovely stay at Bowden Hall.We were welcomed by a nice young man,who was very helpful.We had a pleasant room overlooking the garden,everything was very comfortable.
It is a good location for visiting the area.
Breakfast was good,although there was a problem with the toaster that only worked on one side.It was replaced by different toasters the next day.Evening meals were tasty and well presented.

A fantastic hotel, we had a 2 night stay & the the customer service was 5 Star, from the welcome to the departure. The Hotel & rooms are well appointed & comfortable.The menu for breakfast, lunch & dinner was very well put together covering all tastes & requirements and the food was exceptional. A charming establishment & will definitely return at some point in the future. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit this or nearby locations.
