3 night getaway

The hotel is situated in nice surroundings with access to main roads.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was to much bother.
The food was excellent, the traditional afternoon tea was well present and was excellent.
The service by Ethan, Rachel and their staff in the restaurant was excellent.

Hotel is recently refurbished but is tired in the wrong places
First room was on the 4th floor - no lift - long walk
Staff offered to take luggage
No heating in the room , bathroom dated and tired - recently repainted and grout Ed but poor quality finish. Toilet didn t flush consistently and there was a smell of drains in the room.
Staff very helpful and accommodating - moved rooms late in the evening even though the hotel was busy
Whole team were friendly - thanks to Rachel and the team who saved the day for an underwhelming birthday stay

LOVELY FRIENDLY HOTEL

We had a great stay at Bowden Hall, staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely grounds and atmospheric hotel albeit a little tired in places. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Relaxing stay

A special offer with half bottle of champagne in our room. Evening meal was good and a nice selection. Bedroom was comfortable and overall clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Perhaps the restaurant needs to change their pie supplier! My husband said his steak pie was very tasty but that was the gravy - he had to search for his two pieces of steak!

A nice few days spent at Bowden Hall

The staff at Bowden Hall were wonderful and so helpful. They couldn t have done more to make us feel welcome. The hotel is situated in a very quiet location.

Lovely staff but room a little date

We had a relaxing stay at the Bowden Hall. The room was a little dated but didn't spoil our enjoyment. Special mention for the restaurant staff who were lovely.
