Girls Weekend Away

The weekend away offered really good value for money. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Whilst the hotel was a little tired in places it was very clean and comfortable. It's a shame they haven't made more of the grounds, especially down by the river - perhaps a jetty where you can sit and enjoy drinks? The pods were a fun idea but we wouldnt pay more money to use them.

Cotswold Break

Initially given a room at the back of the hotel but were moved to the front of the hotel after a simple request.
Afternoon tea was delightful but restaurant had shortages of available dishes during the evening.
Staff were very attentive and helpful and I would certainly stay here again.

Room 8/10 warm and quiet

Poor customer service overall Chef too busy to make a vegan sandwich Dinner vegan choices very poor and tasteless Items off the menu
Breakfast 9/10 but mostly self service
Restaurant ambience very poor full on overhead lighting and breakfast coffee machine doesn t make a great environment for nice dinner
Staff either argumentative or silent Oliver and Tina saved the stay Thankyou!
