This was a good experience. We were happy with the accommodation and the ambiance. We would and have recommended the establishment to friends who are going to a similar area later in the year.On arrival it might be an idea to provide incoming guests with a tea or coffee, rather being told that the room wasn't ready. As a result we ventured into the village and came across the local public house which served excellent food. This is not a gripe it's mearly a suggestion. We most definitely and hopefully stay at the establishment again.

We had a great stay here, the staff were all very helpful and lots of complimentary things included in our stay. Food was fantastic, especially breakfast, and we had a great stay at the hotel.

3 Night Stay

DE, United Kingdom (+44), stayed: February 2023

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. A bottle of champagne chilled on ice in the room on arrival (included with booking). The room was at the front of the hotel, clean and tidy and plenty warm enough for a February stay. All the staff were very polite and helpful. We ate in the resturant two nights and the food was good value for money. Location convenient for visiting Glouster about 3 miles away. Would definatley stay here again.

Pleasant stay

John K, London, stayed: February 2023

On arriving we were met by Francesca on the front desk , she was extremely helpful and explained what we needed to know .
One thing that was missing was any information (leaflets) to explore the area .

Our room was comfortable , clean and warm if a little dated but fine .

We ate in the restaurant on both nights , the food was ok and the staff were professional .
Breakfast was average ,

This hotel was value for money and we d recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Cotswold to give it a try .

Great location. Staff amazingly friendly. Hotel needs a tidy up in places but I appreciate that it must be hard to decorate regularly at the moment with all the costs sky high. I would stay here again.
