Fabulous stay

Gorgeous hotel, lovely decor and unbelievably helpful, efficient and cheerful staff.
Excellently value for money with wonderful food, could not fault.
This is the third time we ve stayed here, and we enjoyed it so much we re bringing other friends to enjoy it in a few weeks time!

Good facilities with helpful staff

Found hotel to be welcoming with good accommodation and enjoyable food .Very helpful and friendly staff throughout Two of the approaching roads to the hotel are quite challenging with cracked surfaces and large pot holes could be a problem in the dark
However a very enjoyable stay

Great hotel

A beautiful hotel in a great location. The hotel is very clean but it is quite tired in places and could do with a refresh. Bed was comfortable and the staff were very helpful, welcoming and approachable. Great food in the restaurant too, tasty and great produce. The breakfast overall was good but could do with being a bit hotter. This is our second visit and we would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds, staff are very friendly and helpful, dog friendly gave her lots of attention, would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for another stay.

Great little break

1. Staff were lovely
2. Room was OK; nothing special but was quiet and had air con, so that was good
3. The dinner was terrible (sorry!) but the staff took care of it by deducting it from the bill (some of it anyway) - we only complained about one dish but really all of it was terrible.
4. There is no lift

Lovely relaxing hotel

Stayed here for a last minute break in mid Feb 23. It was a DB&B deal. Extremely quiet and pleasant room. Staff are very helpful and the food is delicious. The access to walks and Gloucester is very easy. Highly recommended
