Great value and helpful friendly staff-will return

Very enjoyable stay. Great service, and all staff going the extra mile to be friendly and look after your needs. We were looked after mainly by Sol -she gave her all.

Do give this place a visit. You won't regret

Nice hotel, fantastic staff, good location, evening dinner not great

I would stay at this hotel again as the staff were so lovely, welcoming and helpful..Hotel itself has been nicely refurbished in 2016 and is set in lovely locations. Breakfast was fantastic, brilliant selection of good quality foods, great coffee and tasty croissants for one as well as full english buffet and continental options.
However we were not impressed with evening dinner, The menu was lacking in choice and as stated on the menu was bar and brassiere menu, food was ok , comforting but not exciting and we did feel let down as we had booked dinner bed and breakfast option. I wouldn't have dinner there if staying again.

Wonderful Break in wonderful surroundings.

Wonderful 3 night stay. Staff excellent from start to finish. Beautiful surroundings and spotlessly clean. Very nice part of our wonderful country and super countryside. Food was so good and service we could not fault. Thank you to all the staff.

The hotel looks impressive. Lovely setting. Our room was on second floor, no lift, don't forget anything!
Room was clean, felt very clostofobic with small window, receptionist told me great view Shame about the small window. Breakfast was good. Dinner at night could do more attention don't have the katsu chicken!

Staff are friendly, suggest don't have weddings if not enough staff!

A great place from which to explore the Cotswolds

Beautiful building in stunning grounds with a well-trained polite staff. I was particularly impressed with the diligence applied to customer allergies when ordering in the restaurant.

Cotswold delight

A pleasant hotel close to Gloucester but with a deep country feel. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The food was good but the choice limited for our 4 night stay.
