Perfect mini moon

Sharon B, Hertfordshire, stayed: December 2020

We stayed in one of the cottages which gave us privacy but still part of the hotel. The surroundings are stunning.

Very relaxing

Keith, Surrey, stayed: December 2020

We stayed for two nights at The Swan.
It was a very relaxing stay. The restaurant was lovely, food amazing, staff so friendly.
Lovely base to explore the Cotswolds.
Bonus of seeing a kingfisher every time we came out of the hotel to walk along the river!

Wonderful stay

TA, stayed: December 2020

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - beautiful location, extremely comfortable and very friendly helpful staff. Food and wine in the restaurant was very good and had a nice bar area although due to current restrictions we couldn t make us of it. The deal we got through cotswold hotel breaks was brilliant and a real treat.

Pre Christmas break

RB, Suffolk, stayed: December 2020

Stayed at the Swan for two nights pre Christmas and we were looked after extremely well by all the staff, great ambiance and fitted the bill perfectly from younger teenagers through to Octogenarian grandparents.. Couldn t fault the attention to detail in the midst of the pandemic everyone was pleased to see us there and the restaurant staff were particularly attentive. Spare third (camp) bed in a room was organised and a little uncomfortable for a twelve year old but the staff mentioned they needed to invest in better quality.. otherwise faultless for what we were after. Many thanks

An excellent stay.

JM, Herts, stayed: June 2021

We stayed for three nights in Room 8 which was an Excellent Room on their website. It was very comfortable except for the mattress which seemed to dip! However, this didn t affect our sleep. The bathroom was huge and both rooms were tastefully decorated. There was a coffee making machine as well as a kettle and they provided soya milk for me in a cool flask.
We ate breakfast and dinner in their restaurant. There was an excellent choice of food and the service was first class.
All the staff were very pleasant yet professional. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Charming hotel

Bernadette T, Cheshire, stayed: June 2021

We stayed here for two nights on our way home following a holiday in Cornwall. Bibury is a beautiful, pretty Cotswold village, and the hotel is at its centre. The service was first class, the food very good. We had a relaxing break and loved sitting in the garden to the front of the hotel overlooking the trout farm. Our room was a good size, quiet, comfortable and at the front of the hotel, although there was no lift working so elderly people may have struggled. We would certainly come back. Bibury itself doesn t have much to do, other than walk. For us that was part of its charm. We did a nice 6 mile walk around the village, that was recommended by reception. Such a pretty place.
