Ist Wedding Anniversary Break

Having been impressed with everything about the hotel we chose to get married there in 2018. We could not fault the hotel in any way. We chose to return there for our 1st Wedding Anniversary, and we were again not disappointed.
You cannot fault the quality of the food. It is not a cheap meal but it really is value for money. Everything is freshly cooked and prepared. It is very nicely presented and the staff are all very polite and efficient. Whether you choose to eat in the restaurant, the bar or try the breakfasts you will not be disappointed.
The staff throughout the hotel are all very helpful, friendly and professional. The standard of the rooms is exceptional, and no matter what the reason is for your stay you will be well looked after. Highly recommended

Excellent wine & food in a beatiful location

We had a two night stay at The Swan. The garden cottage room was delightful. We had not expected the food to be as good as it was - the two dinners we had were excellent. A good wine list with wines not outrageously marked-up and very pleasant, helpful staff.
Breakfast was exceptionally good.

Fantastic short break

We really enjoyed our break at The Swan Bibury. The staff made it for us, every one we spoke to from front desk to the restaurant and bar were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was lovely and comfortable and overlooked the river and gardens in Bibury. The sparkling wine and chocolates on arrival were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals in the restaurant and this had been a restaurant close to where we live it would become a favourite, my steak was divine. Breakfast also excellent. 10/10 for everything in the hotel and we loved the Cotswolds too.

Relaxing stay at The Swan, Bibury

An excellent and relaxing stay with helpful and friendly staff. No real concerns with Covid restrictions (only complaint was that some guests did not use masks at reception). Excellent service in the restaurant and bars with very good food although an understandably limited menu over our stay. Nice private gardens. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend

Romantic break at the Swan

This hotel is in an idyllic situation. And it looks and feels the part as a country hostelry.
Four poster room was very romantic for our celebration break, all furnished in keeping with the age of the hotel. It could do with one modern touch: a small fridge for cold drinks etc. We stayed in the middle of a heatwave!
Staff in hotel and restaurant couldn't have been more helpful and friendly
